range
The Range of codestreams.
samplingFactor
A nullable System.Int32 number representing the codestream sampling factor.

The SampleRange Constructor(Range,Nullable<Int32>) includes members that are available as an add-on to the LEADTOOLS Imaging Pro, Document, and Medical Imaging toolkits.

Initializes a new instance of the SampleRange class.
